I receieved letter from irs letter 4883c . verify identity. i called and all went good. now they say up to 9 weeks before i get return ?

finally able to order my transcripts... verified FEB 13th and this the first time i was able to do so...something positive finally

I verified on the  2/27 and at first i wasn't able to order my return transcripts and now today i check i can now order my return transcripts.So im praying for a update by tomorrow

Same here i verified on the 2/23  a week after that I was able to order my transcripts but still saying the same thing we have received your tax return and it's being processed

Update! Return completed and accepted 1/30. Few days later wmr bars disappeared. Received a letter to verify 2/17. Went into our local irs dept 3/1. Last night I was able to order my return transcript  (wmr still gone) checked this morning got ddd 3/15! So it does not take 9 weeks! Hope this helps anyone

Finally Got a DD Date of 3/15 after verifying on 2/13... beyond stressful tax season praying everyone else gets theirs soon

@torrieo61032 I am happy for you.  And it give me hope, because I verified in office 3/3/17 and really thought it would update today but it didn't.  So, some time it does take more than a week.  Thanks for sharing.

Mine has not updated. Was told by irs I should have by 4/10 and I verified 2/6. Can't wait for this to be done and over with.

@KVT1 I actually went in 3/6 not the 1st (typo) to verify my identity. Check if you can order a return  transcript. If you can then your refund is on it's way. I hope everyone gets theirs soon.
