3/2/2018 was my estimated refund date. I had a TurboTax prepaid card sent the house. I have a $0 amount. I was supposed to have 348. IRS site not showing anything.

IRS tracking site not working for me. I've called several numbers, all with roadblocks. 2/04/2018 I filed.  2/9/2018 my refunds were accepted. 3/2/2018 was my estimated refund date. $0 balance on my prepaid card. Nobody can give me an honest answer.

Deposit Date:

• While the IRS Where's My Refund? tracker provides a more detailed, personalized timeline. Once your return is accepted, the IRS takes over the refund status updates.

• You can also check the status of your refund by calling the IRS Refund Hotline at 800-829-1954

Prepaid Card:

• Make sure that you activated your card either online or over phone by following the instructions on the card's sticker.

• Visit TurboPrepaidCard.com or call toll-free at (888) 285-4169.

Delayed Return:

• Sometimes, your federal refund can take longer than 21 days to process. (See the FAQ below for reasons why this may occur).

• Note: An IRS representatives will be able to research the status of your refund if your return was accepted more than 21 calendar days ago. Call them at 1-800-829-1040.
