2024 tax return still not processed

I mailed my paper federal tax return in March 2025, but my IRS account still shows "Your 2024 Tax Return Is Not Processed." When I check my refund status, it says "Refund status unavailable." All I know is that the IRS cashed my check in March. I need my 2024 tax transcript for immigration purposes. What should I do? I tried calling [phone number removed], but it's always an automated voice system, and I can't reach a real person.

If you owed tax due nothing is ever going to show up on the refund site.  That site only shows information for returns if you are getting a refund.  Have you checked your online account with the IRS?

I already check my IRS online account, it shows " 2024 tax return not processed" for almost 3 months without any update, and I don't see my 2024 tax transcript in my online account.
