2023 TT Premier Amend to add a manual 1099-B

I started an amendment for the above. I go to investment income , hit update for stocks… then + add more sales (I have 2 downloaded 1099-Bs already there), then Stocks, Bonds, Mutual funds.. and Continue. The screen then goes blank and goes nowhere - puhleeze halp- TIA!

Can you clarify if you are using the online software or the desktop version of the program?

If you are using the desktop version of the software, you can try to update your software by selecting Online and then Check for updates to update your program and help resolve the issue.
