2022 return not showing up even though filed with TurboTax

I have filed a state return in 2022, I have an order confirmation for the filing that was sent to the same email as my account. However, the online portal says I do not have a return filed in 2022.

Has anybody got a solution yet in TurboTax Premium to file IRS form 8833 for the Tax Treaty? Why cant TurboTax let us attach it to electronic return and file it?
