What state?
No one has access to your account so we do not know why your state return was not filed. Sometimes users go ahead and file their federal returns early and forget to go back later and file their state returns.
Or...is the state saying you did not PAY your state tax due for 2021? State tax can never be paid from a federal refund, and a lot of users make the mistake of thinking they can pay the state from their federal refund. The state has to be paid by check or money order, or by credit/debit card on the state site.
Look in your account and see what it says for 2021. Does it show that your 2021 state return was filed and accepted? Or does it show that the state was rejected? Or "printed" or "ready to mail?" If it shows anything other than "accepted" then it was not filed unless you mailed it yourself in an envelope. If it was not filed, you can still file it, but you have to file it by mail. If you owe tax due to the state, pay the amount shown on the return and wait for a bill from the state for the additional interest/late penalty you owe.
