2021 Amendment -> edit 1099-R -> increase taxable amount -> bug in TurboTax from summary to 1040

I am amending 2021 return. The only change is 1099-R was corrected with an increase by $20 to line 2a - taxable amount. TurboTax is supposed to update line 5b on 1040 with the new amount, but instead it adds the old amount and the new amount. I traced the error to 1099-R summary page. I did all the usual troubleshooting and verified entering 1099-R correctly. How can this be addressed?

It would be easiest to make the Box 2a correction- change the amount on your 1099-R entry to 20.
