2020 Extension & Estimated Taxes

We filed an extension in 2021 for our 2020 taxes through TurboTax and paid estimated taxes at that time. And then life happened and a bunch of other stuff and we never completed our taxes for 2020 until this year January 2022. Upon going back to our taxes and reviewing information we realized there was a mistake as we are now getting a refund and we might have overpaid the estimate last year. What happens now?
