2019 turbo tax

 I purchased the 2019 turbo and used it but now I have to do an amendment on the 2019 taxes but my computer gives me an error message and says to reinstall the program, my problem is that I don't have the disk I must have thrown it without knowing, what can I do to access my files.  I have the returns in my c drive but I can't access them.  How can I access my files
