I efiled my 2019 TurboTax through you and it was rejected. What do I do not refile or amend

So to confirm, are you asking about a 2019 return that you efiled several months ago prior to last October's efiling shutdown, and you didn't know until recently that the 2019 return had rejected last year? How did you prepare and efile the return last year--did you use Online TurboTax or the 2019 desktop software?
How did you discover it had rejected? What was the reason for the efile rejection?
NOTE: I hope you didn't use the current Online TurboTax to prepare and efile a 2019 return by mistake. Online TurboTax is now only for 2020 returns. If you did use current Online TurboTax by mistake, then it's good it was rejected. We can tell you more once we understand your situation. So far not enough detail has been provided.
Do u amend or just refile 2019 tax return
e-filing for 2019 is closed. you'll have to print and mail the return. follow the filing instructions that Turbotax provides.
I never got a letter about why it was rejected it just says rejected now should I refile or just amend it . I use TurboTax online on my phone. I used last year online TurboTax on my android phone

You do NOT amend a return that has not been successfully filed. If your 2019 return was rejected last year, then it is considered to have never been filed. You may or may not need to fix something in the return, depending on the reason for the rejection, but you do not use the amend process.
If the rejection was due to something simple like the wrong prior-year AGI or PIN used to verify the return when efiling, then there's nothing to fix since you can no longer efile it. You will have to print, sign, date, and mail the appropriate pages of the paper return to the IRS in postal mail.
Other reasons for rejection may or may not require a fix.
TurboTax Support can tell you the reason the efile rejected and if anything needs to be fixed before you print, sign, date, and mail it to the IRS.
