2019 Form 1040ES for taking stock distribution mid year

I took a stock distribution mid year 2019 and the broker did not withhold federal taxes.  I assume I should withhold 20% as other brokers have done and submit it on a form 1040ES for the September payment.  I can find no place to print out this voucher from my Turbotax 2018 software.  What should I do?
