2019 e-file rejection; non-match with 2018 e-file AGI

E-Filed 2018 with Turbo Tax. For Turbo Tax 2019 E-file, the IRS rejected filing saying 2018 AGI doesn't match for this e-file. On information coming back, 2018 AGI matches the AGI on the 2018 return. Is there something amiss with the 2019 e-file ( missing comma or decimal point )?
