My employer didn't correctly update my tax location when I moved from TX to CA in 2019. They just now sent corrected W-2's for 2019 and 2020. Originally got refunds both years. What's the best way to proceed with amending my 2019 and 2020 filings?

My employer sent me corrected W-2's for both 2019 and 2020. Fed returns don't change, but now I believe owe State taxes. I understand how to change the 2019 returns, but how do I import the changed information into my 2020 returns?
You can't "import" it. You just amend 2020 using the instructions above and edit (or delete and re-enter) the W-2 information to the correct amounts. Exactly the same way as 2019.
