2/26 refund date sbtg

When I try and log onto Sbtg website it states account not found but I know the information I entered is correct. I have a DD of today 2/26 and used a prepaid card for my deposit. When will Sbtg release my funds and why can’t I log onto their site? Is anyone else having this issue?

Have you checked the "Where's my refund" site? This is the best place to receive updates on your refund.
