My 1095-A doesnt have a Market Identifier number. California is in place of. Tax return will not proceed for filing. How do i get Blue Cross identifier numbe?

Your post makes no sense ... the first box for the marketplace identifier IS supposed to be a state. Box 2 will have the policy number ... is that what is missing?
