My Federal tax e-file was accepted on Oct 15, 2020 and the transcript is still not available on the IRS tool.

As per IRS i didn't file my taxes for 2019.

Tried calling and no luck.

Any advise.

Thanks

You do not have to wait for them to process 2019.  If you have completed the preparation of your 2020 return you can go ahead and e-file.   Since your 2019 AGI is not in the system you may need to use "zero" as your AGI in order to e-file 2020.

Thanks, but cant get a hold of anyone.

Not sure if I should go ahead and file my 2020 taxes or wait for the 2019 to be processed which was e-filed on 15 Oct 2020.
