SBTPG sending refunds

I have been reading in this tax group that some people who didn’t have credits had a ddd of 2/9/22 but have failed to receive their funds. It shows on the IRS. Wmr tool that the money has been sent and also on the SBTPG site the money has been funded. I used Turbo tax and the credit karma card and I don’t want this issue. I just wanted to know if there is a problem sending funds?

I am livid right now my status on tgp says funded, fast cash advance and it's supposed to have been sent to my green dot account as of the 03-16. first i didn't opt for a fast cash advance i opted for direct deposit and till this moment i'm yet to get my $$$. I'm not sure what fast cash advance refers to i have tried several means to reach someone at tpg and it's like talking to a brick wall. I'm afraid i may have to file a law suit against turbotax and tpg if my money goes missing.

I need to know what the heck this “FAST CASH ADVANCE Interes” is that I never requested?? Why am I being charged $150+ from these people???

@AJH202 How much were your TurboTax account fees that you requested to be paid from the federal tax refund?

Gosh, this is ridiculous. I have been a customer of TurboTax since 2011.

I have never had to go through this grueling waiting game of "where's my money" until this year in 2022.

I spent hours working on my taxes (without assistance), was charged $211 to file on my own, including a $44 premium services fee that I did not use, and to make matters worse the IRS sent my Federal deposit 2 days ago and there's still no record of it at SBTPG!

For $211 dollars, I did all the work to file, and still have to wait possibly (5 days) to receive the Federal refund deposit to my account, which usually comes early- Moneys from taxes that I paid into, through hard work and sweat?

Sorry TurboTax, you lost a loyal customer. Next year I'm going to H&R Bloch where the customer experience is personal, and the same price to have a real professional do the work for you. And you can receive your money on the spot. Good thing, because the cost of living is surging right now. Literally, a dozen eggs cost over $8.00 now!
