SBTPG sending refunds

I have been reading in this tax group that some people who didn’t have credits had a ddd of 2/9/22 but have failed to receive their funds. It shows on the IRS. Wmr tool that the money has been sent and also on the SBTPG site the money has been funded. I used Turbo tax and the credit karma card and I don’t want this issue. I just wanted to know if there is a problem sending funds?

Been using tt and sbtpg for 10 years sbtpg should receive funds tomm I believe by 6am and then they take their fees out send to our ck bank and we should receive funds the following day. It's always been that way for some reason funds always get deposited a day early in sbtpg account then we receive on the actual DD date I'm just hoping that the holiday didn't mess things up and make it a day late now.

It's 2/22 just curious if you received your refund yet.My date is 2/24 and the website shows unfunded with a amount so hoping to get it by 2/24

I don't advise any taxpayer to ever use turbotax again. The false advertise and holds refunds for interest. To prevent stress and delay please guys stay away from turbotax.

I agree! I’ve always used them and have never had issues until this year. This year my bank account was messed up. Same account I’ve used for years🙄 imported from last years tax refund🙄 but no one can give me an answer as to what the process is. Everyone telling me to call turbo tax…turbo tax telling me to call sbtpg…sbtpg telling me to call my bank…my bank telling me to call the irs. There should be policies and procedures in place. Both turbo tax and sbtpg should be able to answer my question.

If you had an erroneous charge from SBTPG you should have received an email from TurboTax explaining the situation and informing you that a refund of the erroneous charge will be sent to you.

Did you receive this email? If not, when did you see the erroneous charge from SBTPG?

The IRS says they sent money February 9th. That I should have by February 14th. I have talked to TurboTax numerous times since last week. They only have a # for Santa Barbara Bank that is automated. I have no clue where money is and never had an issue before

If TT, CK, and SBTGB lets everyone know that if you have fees taken out or take advance you will receive refund on day of or day before. This happens every single year and new people find out the hard way and get upset.

TurboTax couldn't figure out what the problem is. Usually when IRS site says a date I have money minus fees a day or so later. I have never had this much of a delay

If you call the hit option 3 put in 6 random numbers when it says invalid it will ask if you filed in 2021 the option for no is what you hit you will be on hole for about an hour I call yesterday they said they had my funds that my fees will be taken today and my refund will be effective in my account between 12 midnight tonight and 6 am Thursday my irs DDD is 2/24/22 so I'm hoping the information is accurate or im so screwed

My ddd was 2-16 the irs says they sent it. My turbo tax bill says paid and sbtpg says unfunded. I have no clue where my money is but everyone else is getting paid. Tt says they can’t help so idk what to do. The irs says they sent it I guess I am just out of luck. Never will I use tt or ck again

I'm in same boat. Mine was sent 2/9 and to contact bank after 2/14. My bank doesn't have it. I checked SBTPG site and says unfunded. Never had issue before

TurboTax told me today that they can’t do anything to help. That after they send the prepared refund to the IRS it is out of their hands. SBTPG has had my refund since 2/9 and can only tell me I will get it “sometime this month”. I am livid! TurboTax has lost a loyal customer! And I have probably lost my $3000 refund by trusting them….

Same! I have been calling every day since 2/9 and every day it says a bank print check was issued on the day that I called! Today they said “you’ll get it sometime this month”. The IRS gives you an idea of when to expect it….SBTPG don’t! I will never use TurboTax again!

Irs approved my refund why is sbtg not showing updates on funds being taken out? Is there a delay? I don’t want to use this service anymore.

I’m in the same boat. Requested it be sent via direct deposit. Went to SBTPG website and it shows it was received and to send it direct deposit. I checked again today and it still says refund via direct deposit but underneath it now says, cashiers check….

This is exactly why I didn’t want to have the fees taken out, I didn’t want a check (longer to wait and more hassle)!! Everything assured me it would be sent direct deposit. Never again will I use this method!!
