IT 201-V Why did I get this?

I e-filed my 2020 return on Feb 6th. When I printed out my return for my file , an IT-201-V printed out for me to pay $135 to NYS. Please explain why I received this. it wasn't mentioned during my input while processing my return. Thank you for your help with this matter.

If you prepared your New York State tax return in TurboTax the program should have prompted you to print out a copy of your State return. Additionally, if you selected to mail your payment and you did not set up a direct electronic payment while completing your New York State tax return in TurboTax the form automatically prints when you print your tax return when prompted. Included in that print out should be filing instructions along with a payment voucher.

To pay your taxes electronically you can do so at the New York State Department of Taxation.

I am using 2020 New York and need to pay. During EasyStep, I was not asked to compete the direct electronic payment data. Then I tried to enter data on the forms, but I could not. I was blocked. I could not ‘X” the boxes on Lines 83, 83a,83b number, and 83c number Where on EasyStep is the prompt to provide direct electronic payment date? Thanks
