Is Tax Act 152 the same as the path act message? i keep reading people are getting the path act message. I have tax topic 152, no bars, and no refund amount. I also have a message that says, "Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available."

No, Tax Topic 152 is generic payout information generally seen if you have chosen direct deposit of your funds. Your message simply means you are being processed. Attached is what the PATH message looks like

If you don't owe any money to the irs or have a offset, I wouldn't worry. It's coming just have to wait it out.

Thanks I am on hold with the IRS agent right now he's looking into my personal refund information, and why it's taking X amount of days to release any funds at all. I am praying right now, that everything will work out. All keep you guys posted soon as, I am off the phone with the IRS,

Yes our tax return was randomly picked for review, then we are looking within a 45-60 day time frame for having our return credited to our accounts.

@cherylgilbert40 guess it's safe to say we are most likely under review as well the wmr is no help doesn't tell us any of that. Did they say it could be before 45-60 days
