Is Tax Act 152 the same as the path act message? i keep reading people are getting the path act message. I have tax topic 152, no bars, and no refund amount. I also have a message that says, "Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available."

No, Tax Topic 152 is generic payout information generally seen if you have chosen direct deposit of your funds. Your message simply means you are being processed. Attached is what the PATH message looks like

Amen to that meek0904 yes I agree the system that the Obama administration enacted the later part of 2017. They should be going after those that are the real criminals not subjecting us to developing high blood pressure and ulcers. Which I been experiencing these past 6 days.

I was reading if you can request transcripts it was approved. Not sure how true that is

It's a unproven theory and myth it has nothing to do with having ones refund approved it just means it's completed and fully processed not nebessarily approved according to per IRS rules and laws.

@cherylgilbert40 yes exactly they are steady screwing with us who don't commit fraud & live by law that's why the ones doing the fraud keep getting away with it... they so busy bothering us who file every year never had problems while the criminals skate on by

I just checked the SBTG.com website and it says they received the money from the irs this morning and my ddd is 2/23/17 so it'll be in my account tomorrow. Hope this helped. As for the other people receiving error messages I wouldn't worry too much.

I am on hold with the IRS right now too see what's the hold up on one's refunds that is still processing.
