Please explain what that means.   First, what tax year are you asking about--a current 2019 return or a prior year?

If a current 2019 return, did you use Online TurboTax to prepare and efile a 2019 return?

What does "doesn't show anything" mean?

When you log into your account, do you see no evidence that you prepared a return in that account, and it's acting like it wants you to start one?

We won't know what you are experiencing and what you need to know unless you explain in more detail.

To download  a prior year/s tax return filed with Turbo Tax, you will have to log into Turbo Tax with the same account as when you filed that tax return. If you have already been working on the tax return this year and you are using the same account, then you can either:

1. select documents on the left hand side of the screen, choose the tax year you want, and then download/print the PDF or
2. in tax home, scroll down and select "your tax returns and documents", select the year and then download

Your order information is still there.    You also have receipt of payment from your card you used to pay your fees.   @jenalb6

If you have not filed yet - Review My Fees

If you already filed, you can sign into the account you used - you land on the Tax Home screen.   Scroll down to Your tax returns and documents, choose 2021, View Order Details.
