Confused, thoughts?

I received this email no confusion on the 21st says congratulations and my first name at the top. Perfectly clear and I left it be.

Today I got this email

It was out of the blue so I thought that meant IRS approved my return or something and when I went to track both on turbo and IRS still shows it's at accepted.

I know there's still time and it's fine, but why is turbo sending this to me? Any thoughts or insight?

It got me excited and that wasn't nice haha. Because money is very very tight right now (as I am sure it is for everyone).

Thanks for your guidance and thoughts!

The last two are the email I got today and the first one is the 21st and first is standard expected. The other email is throwing me off.

Not sure what is throwing you off.   You got the message that your e-file has been accepted.  Now you wait for the IRS to process your return.  You can track your refund on the IRS refund site.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2025 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

https://www.irs.gov/refunds

To track your state refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing

If you are getting earned income credit on line 27 or additional child tax credit on line 28 You are subject to the delay required by the PATH act.  Do not expect your refund before early March

Why I got another email a week later again from turbo tax stating refund is on its way. I usually get one email when I file, one when it's been accepted and one when refund is coming. But maybe this is just how they do things now. Or for some reason I never got it like this. I was aware once it's filed it's up to IRS after turbo informs me it's accepted. Not aware they tell you all over again a week later in a different format stating moneys on its way. I'll just ignore thanks for your input.

Sometimes "marketing" goes too nuts and sends out emails that just confuse people.
