your help center

some what worthless  I have burned up over 3 hours on a saterday trying to figure out what has happened to my money.  still waiting on a call back from a cpa,  it's been over an hour and your call neumber to get thru to any one really sucks!!!!  Is there any one who cares that can offer some true advise and get results???

May I ask what exactly it is that you are needing help with? Did your refund get offset by the government? Or do you just need help tracking the refund?

Hi my name is susan Lowery I need to get my (agi) from last year and I used tax turbo  to file and I do not have that old phone number or email. Please help me so I can finish my taxed

To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on View adjusted gross income (AGI)

 

Or go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

 

If your tax return continues to be rejected with the 2018 AGI then enter a 0 (zero) for the AGI and e-file again.

If this is also rejected then you will have to print and mail the tax return.
