If Turbo Tax did not report the amount of Oregon State Income Tax I paid in 2023. (From my 2023 W-2 box 17) was not reported on line 32. How to fix?

What can I do? The IRS website says that I need a letter or notice number to continue to verify my tax return but it’s 10 days past when I was supposed to get my return?

And I have not received a notice or letter from the IRS. Does anyone know what I should do next?

Can I use my 2023 TurboTax to file an amended return for 2022 to include my RMD for 2022?

I did not realize I needed to take an RMD for 2022 so I used the 1040 simple form provided by the IRS. However I need to amend my 2022 return to include the RMD. Can I use my 2023 TurboTax or do I need to download TurboTax for 2022?
