My federal refund was accepted Where is my refund advance

so it's been more then 18 hours and still have not got my refund advance after i E-File my taxes and they accepted my federeal im confused i have not gotten a email saying i was approved or denied does any one esle have this issue

There is no refund status for me no more. It says information not found. And my credit karma dont show the amount and estimated date anymore. What's that mean?

This is my 1s time ever filing so I had to do it a few times til I got everything I needed it was accepted and had date it was coming. Now nothing to look up no status or anything
