No payment is required until you either print or e-file your return.

However, if you made payment prior to filing and then never filed, a TurboTax Support agent may be able to assist you with a refund. Use the info below to contact Support during business hours. NOTE: When entering your topic, don't use the word "refund". Instead, use the words, "billing issue".
