Program asks for 1099-r box 14 information and there is no box 14, what do I enter?
The program asks me to enter an amount from box 14 on my 1099-R and there is no box14 on my 1099-R, what do I enter?
Box 14 on Form 199-R is for the state distribution amount which is the same as the federal amount in box 1 on your form 1099-R.
As the state amount is the same as the federal amount enter the federal amount from box 1 into the state distribution amount box 14.
