To troubleshoot, please first delete the form for the Saver's credit from the program.    If the credit applies to you, re-visit the section again after deletion.  If it doesn't apply to you, try to file again. 

 

To delete a form in the TurboTax online version:

1.  Sign in to your account, select Pick up where you left off

2.  On your left, Select Tax Tools/drop-down menu

3.  Select Tools

4.  Under Other helpful links, choose to Delete a form

5.  Select Delete next to Form 8880 and Continue with My Return to proceed

We're aware of the issue and working on a fix.  To complete your return, when you enter Federal Review, you will see a section named "Answers to review."  Click the "Review" button and answer all the questions.  This will satisfy the required answers needed for Retirement Savings Contribution Credit.
