If the CAPTCHA is missing when you attempt to transmit your tax return, refreshing the internet browser might resolve the issue. However, if the issue persists, you may want to try a few of the following steps:
- Logoff of your TurboTax account and clear the browser's history, cache, and cookies or
- Login to your TurboTax account using another internet browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari)
