State return says still pending, but federal has been accepted?

The IRS accepts the federal returns, whereas the state government accepts the state returns. They are not necessarily accepted at the same time since they are handled by two different agencies.

I have the same issue, what is a general time line when one would see an accepted state tax return? 1 week.. 1 month?
