None of it is deductible. According to the Missouri Department of Motor Vehicles, Registration fees for passenger vehicles are determined by your vehicle’s taxable horsepower. Your vehicle’s taxable horsepower is recorded on your title, or on your Application for Missouri Title and Registration. Since it's not based on the value of your vehicle, it's not deductible.

Then why does TurboTax tell me it is deductible in Missouri. Fix that, TT.
