On David's 1099-R form. Box 5 shows an amount of 9.36 Where do i enter this?

Box 5 of the Form 1099-R in TurboTax is identical to box 5 on the actual form.

Please be sure that you are entering Form 1099-R in the retirement section and not in wages section. Also, be sure to enter the form into TurboTax exactly as it appears.

•  Type 1099-R in the search box, hit Enter
•  Select Jump to 1099-R blue link, the program will take you directly to that data entry (see pics).
