Why did my Return cost $15 more than advertised?

I used a discount link through my work benefit services (perkspot), and followed the TurboTax instructions to ONLY start my Tax return through the discount portal link generated within my work. I have screenshots of the page, the button with the adjusted value shown above it ($64.99), but then the discount not applying at checkout no matter how many ways I tried ($79.99).
