Yes...if it is considered a qualified plan for Federal..that applies anywhere you live.
But that does not mean it is considered exempt from State taxes in any other State you may live in. Some states used to give at least a partial state income deduction for PERS 1099-R forms generated/earned for any other state...but many have eliminated it in recent years and only consider their own state generated pensions.
