No.  If you selected to print and mail your tax return, then only you can print, sign, date and mail the tax return to the IRS.

As stated above, you must print out your return and mail it to the IRS.  TurboTax does not and cannot mail in your return.  Once your return has printed attach any copies of your W-2, or any other forms that printed with your return.  Filing instructions should print with your return giving you the IRS to mail your return to, but if it does not click on the filing link.  Click on your State for the address
