After Federal Review Why does "Tax forms to revisit Schedule A Property tax keeps popping up?"

I have fully updated the Home and Biz edition to 2/15/2019. After running the Federal Review I get the message: "Forms to Revisit: Schedule A Property Tax" and then it shows a ZERO (0) after the statement (i.e., no date) I have tried everything but restart the entire return. What should I do?
