Florida does not levy a state individual income tax. You do not need to print and mail an income tax return to the state.

The Florida return in TurboTax is to report tangible personal property that is used in a Florida-located business or rental property and is filed with the county property appraiser by April 1st.

If you do need to file a Form DR-405, nothing will print (except an instruction sheet) unless assets were transferred or you manually entered assets in the DR-405 worksheet.

If you do not have tangible personal property to report, choose Skip State in the State Taxes section.

If you proceeded past the warning screens, try deleting the Florida return

If you paid for a return that you do not need, contact customer support.

I was a realtor in FL but I didn't use any personal or rental property so Im not sure why it came up. Turbo Tax already charged me $39.99 to file the FL STATE TAX RETURN. the only thing that printed out was mail instructions sheet with no address or additional sheets. Nothing on there explains a form DR-405.

If you were charged, then you should contact Customer support in order to get the charge reversed.

Please see the following TurboTax FAQ for more information on how to find the address to send your state return to: https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3401713

Also, you could check the IRS' website here: https://www.irs.gov/filing/where-to-file-paper-tax-returns-with-or-without-a-payment

My FL STATE is ready to mail, but there is no address or instructions. Where do I need to mail this to?

@tagteam is saying " You do not need to print and mail an income tax return to the state " But @AshleyLO you are saying " Please see the following TurboTax FAQ for more information on how to find the address to send your state return to:  " ???????

Will we send anything or not ? And Also I dont need to file form DR-405. so When I go to "view or print forms" for my Florida State return, the page only shows the Turbo Tax logo at the top. The rest of the page is blank; no data is shown.  There's nothing to print for my florida state tax return. Do I still need to mail anything out? If not, do I leave everthing alone even if my homepage says "ready to mail" for my Florida return?

Thank you so much

Sincerely;

No, you do not need to mail anything to the State of Florida.
