Where can I find "any interest expenses applying to interest earned on private activity bonds issued after Aug 7, 1986" for AMT purposes?

My 1099-DIV shows Exempt Interest Dividends and Specified Private Activity Bond Interest Dividends from one Municipal Money Market fund.  The TurboTax AMT interview wants me to enter "any interest expenses applying to interest earned on private activity bonds issued after Aug 7, 1986.  Where can I find this Interest Expense?  I have supplemental forms providing the “Annual % Subject to Federal AMT” but I can’t find the information TT is requesting.  Attached is a screen shot of the TT interview question.  Please help me.

You would only have this expense if you purchased the bonds with margin interest from your broker, or used proceeds from a mortgage financing to buy this  investment.  If you did neither of these things, then you would make no entry here.

If you used either of these means to purchase the bonds, please tell me which you used in the comments for further help.
