Go to the W-2 entries and edit each one you entered to check the withholding amounts.  Then do the same for any 1099s that you entered.

You should revisit your entries in your return for the W-2s and any Forms 1099 which show withholding. 

If you are comparing your Federal withholding amount shown on your actual Form 1040 to the amounts shown on your paper versions of your tax forms and they do not match, then here was most likely an error when entering the amounts into your return.
