You should revisit
your entries in your return for the W-2s and any Forms 1099 which show
withholding.
If you are comparing your Federal withholding amount shown
on your actual Form 1040 to the amounts shown on your paper versions of your
tax forms and they do not match, then here was most likely an error when
entering the amounts into your return.
