It says I’ve printed my return and it’s “ready to mail” but I couldn’t print from my mobile phone. Now I don’t know where to go to print it or where to send it to Florida

Florida does not levy an individual income tax; there is nothing you need to send to the state.

The Florida return in TurboTax is to report tangible personal property that is used in a Florida-located business or rental property.

If you do not have tangible personal property to report, choose  Skip State  in the  State Taxes  section.

If you proceeded past the warning screens, try deleting the Florida return --> https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1900608

If you actually paid for the return, contact Customer Support --> https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899263
