I previously lived overseas, but moved back to US for entire of 2017. TurboTax keeps trying to force me to complete Form 2555. How do I indicate I do not have for'n inc?

You will have to delete the Form 2555: Foreign Earned Income and any associated worksheets that carried over from your 2016 tax file.

After deleting that form and any associated worksheets , log out of the program. When you log back in, use the Delete a Form tool (List of Forms in My Return) to confirm they have been removed from your return.
