No wrong account, this year has taken a lot longer to get back my money than it has any other year!! It used to be back it 2 weeks. It’s been 3 weeks so far and no money!!

I'm having the same problem. It's been 21 days exactly and it still says it's being processed. I tried to call the IRS and it seem impossible to speak to an actual human! It's all automated and no option to speak to a representative. It gives you an automated option then hangs up on you. Very frustrating!

Yes it is frustrating!! I’ve never had this problem in previous years!! Always come back in 2 weeks!

Depending on how long it's been past 21 days as well as your specific tax return it can take a bit longer. You will get a notification on IRS.gov's website under "Where's My Refund" when the processing is complete and then after that you should receive your refund fairly quickly when the processing is complete. If you would like to speak with an IRS agent the phone number is 1-800-829-1040; however, it really just depends on how long the IRS takes to fully process your return, which can be different for every tax return.

 Did you efile or mail your return? They are not processing mailed returns right now.

Was your return Accepted? First double check your efile status here

When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

Then only the IRS can tell you. IRS Where's my refund https://www.irs.gov/refunds/
Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual federal tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end. That was for federal and state combined.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say?
