Are you using the Online version ore the Desktop Software installed on your computer?

TO ENTER 1099B
Enter a 1099B  under
Federal Taxes Tab
Wages & Income
Then scroll down to Investment Income,
Then Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other - click Start or Update

TO ENTER PENSION
You need to have the 1099R from the pension.  Ask them for another copy.

TO ENTER QUARTERLY ESTIMATES
You can type estimates paid in the search box at the top of your return and click Find and it will give you a link to Jump To it.

OR
To enter Federal or State Estimated Taxes Paid, including a state estimated payment made in Jan 2017 for 2016, go to
Federal Taxes (or Personal for H&B/Self Employed version)
Deductions and Credits
Then scroll way down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid

I have filled in a comment with the details you need, but I do not know how to communicate this information to you.  I need to talk to someone about how to communicate with Turbotax.

The Turbotax software does  not offer me a way to enter the capital gains on the 1099 for Schwab account  9682-8701, or a way to enter quarterly tax payments. or pension income without a 1099, or dividends without a 1099.   I need help in communicating with the software.

I am not able to get the help I need.  I no longer wish to use Turbotax. I will get the forms from  the IRS web site and do the return myself.

Quarterly payments are entered in the Deductions & Credits section under estimated taxes.  A pension distribution requires a 1099-R that was required to be sent to you by Jan 31, 2017.  If you do not have it then contact the plan administrator.  You need the 1099-R to get the proper codes and box amounts.

Dividends over $10 require a 1099-DIV - if under $10 then  enter as if you had a 1099-DIV.
