My W2 was imported with my IRA contributions yet there is a Retirement and Investments section. Do I enter my contributions in this area also?

No. If it is on your W2 you can't deduct it. And I don't think IRA contributions come out of your pay. That is probably for a 401k or another kind of retirement plan. Unless you are depositing part of your net pay into a IRA account at a bank or mutual fund or broker.
