Is the child tax credit the same as additional child tax credit? Will my taxes be delayed?

We dont qualify for additional child tax credit but we do for the regular child tax credit of $1000 will our taxes still be held this year or is it only for EITC and ACTC? I seen they are delaying taxes that have ETIC and ACTC but I didn't know it I am in that category.

The Child Tax Credit is not affected by the delay in tax refunds to February 15.  Only those tax returns that have a tax refund which includes EIC and/or ACTC.
