Hello I filed my 2014 income taxes about March 23. As my refund, I requested an Amazon gift card of $1200.00. However Amazon has no record of the refund purchase.

Amazon would not be sending your the gift card.
As shown in the message you received it would have come from TPG and you should have contacted them at the email address or the phone number provided.

Have you checked the IRS where's my refund site to make sure your refund was approved and paid?

[mention://44339613 @greacia] I'm trying to look up your e-file information to check on your gift card, but it looks like you used a different email address to e-file with than the one listed on your AnswerXchange profile.

If you update your email address, I will check into the Amazon card for you.
You can update it by clicking the drop-down below "Sign Out" and then clicking "Notification Settings".

Let me know once you update your email address. Thanks!

Why was my bank account charged or debited for TurboTax fees?
