double + extra charge fee

I chose the free do it all yourself and I did it literally all myself looked up all the questions I didn’t know and filled out all the information, this was my first time so the only person I should be paying is myself. I don’t know why they wanted to add the end of me finally figuring out how to do it, then I see that there’s a charge of like 118$ I swear it was more tho but then before I even got my taxes back they randomly charger my card for 143$ I was freaking out like wtf how who stole from my account calling every company mad wondering who took my money then a few days later they send my taxes witch was short 118$ btw so I’m like oh maybe that’s the fee but why in the world would they charge a fee before I even get my money especially if I chose to take it out of my taxes ?????? Then I do the math and that’s 25$ more than what they said and143$ of my own money  that they never said they would do never showed me any type of extra charge this is messed up and definitely not legal at all!!! I saw others writing about it and someone say “oh yeah they take 25$ for a desktop charge on a computer” I DIDN’T USE A COMPUTER AND EITHER WAY YOU NEVER WARNED US OR TOLD US ANYTHING ABOUT ANOTHER EXTRA CHARGE FOR NO REASON AT ALL AND THAT IS ILLEGAL SO WTF!!!! My friend and sister both used the no charge on their phones and didn’t have any extra charges so whyyyy only specific people??? And they said I overplayed on my taxes and had extra refund so no i didn’t under pay and that’s why only me and some others noooo this is wrong in every way there is literally nooo excuse or explanation on why some people are being charged extra fees!!! WHAT IN THE WORLD IS WRONG WITH TURBO TAX WHERE IS MY REFUND FOR THESE BOGUS CHARGES WHEN WILL I GET MYYYY MONEY BACK!!!  I payed 261$ of my own money I worked for and my own tax refund I worked for as well!!! WHERE IS MY 261$??? I WANT IT NOWWWW!!! Also other said 60-90$ I PAID 261???? What the actual heck is wrong with yall.!!!!!!
