Finally got this resolved. I had to delete the form and then go through the interview again and this resolved it.

Mine comes up as an error and If I go to the form to enter it it stays blank. This has obviously NOT been fixed.TurboTax PC

This should not be that hard to fix! I called March 6th and was told an update on the 6th would fix it. Never got an update. It appears this has been an ongoing...

I have the form but it won't let me input my address, state and zip. It tells me they are missing but won't accept them. PC
